Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching services strengthen interpersonal communication and influence skills, message clarity, executive presence and leadership.

We help clients gain personal awareness about who they are, the messages they send and what gets in the way. Executives come to appreciate how others view and experience them, and then gain flexibility to better reach different audiences, whether of one or many.

We develop listening skills: what to say, how much to say, when and how to say it. We help clients discover – or rediscover – their natural voice so that ideas are expressed comfortably and with ease, and audiences of one or many experience the real person, fully present and connected.

Our analytic approach enables clients to shape and form messages that are clear and logical, easy to understand and follow. We use message maps, logic diagrams and story boards to help clients visually understand how to order thoughts. We use a variety of assessment tools and incorporate videotaped feedback into sessions.

We draw upon our consulting backgrounds to ask thought-provoking questions. Clients think things through, talk things out and in the process, decide on the best course of action.
